Policies

Check In

You may check in with our front desk staff from 3:00 pm to 7:00 pm. After 7:00 pm, please follow the instructions in your pre-check in email to receive your key from our secure lock box. The payment card used for the reservation must be presented at time of check in along with valid photo identification. We are a cash-free property and require major credit cards for all reservations and purchases. Due to the intimate nature of our small property, check out is at 11:00 am. 

Parking

We offer one complimentary parking space per room. If you are arriving in more than one vehicle please inform us in advance so we may advise you where to park. We offer one electric vehicle charging station on site (additional fees apply).

Cancellation

We require payment for the full stay at time of booking. Cancellations made greater than 14 days before the day of check in will be issued a refund. No refunds will be issued in the case of cancellations made 14 or fewer days prior to arrival. No-shows will be treated as cancellations and will not be issued a refund.

Accommodations

Our rates are inclusive of two guests per room. We require a payment of $50 per additional guest per day which includes breakfast and evening social hour. For the comfort and tranquility of all of our guests we kindly ask that only adult visitors stay with us.

Facilities

No Smoking is allowed on the property or in the rooms, including e-cigarettes or vapes. Please enjoy the common areas and be respectful of other guests. We require that quiet hours are observed between 10PM and 8AM daily.

Pets

Due to the peaceful nature of our property, pets are not allowed. If you are travelling with a pet, please coordinate with us for pet boarding referrals.
